During the PADI Divemaster course with Tenerife Scuba candidates acquire the skills necessary to make the transition from a recreational diver to this first professional membership level.
So what will you do - lots!
During the PADI Divemaster program with Tenerife Scuba you will learn dive leadership skills through both classroom and independent study. Helped and mentored by a Tenerife Scuba instructor
We will have you complete water skills and stamina exercises, as well as training exercises that stretch your ability to organize and solve problems as well as help others improve their scuba.
As you progress through your Divemaster course, with Tenerife Scuba you’ll expand your diving knowledge, hone you skills and increase your confidence
Then, as a PADI Divemaster, you’ll use these attributes to lead, mentor and inspire other divers, and experience the joy of seeing them progress.
Diving Tenerife - Divemaster as a paid course or Internship

The Divemaster training with Tenerife Scuba can be undertaken either as an internship or as an intensive course depending on your time constraints.
As a paid option it will take you typically a couple of weeks
The Divemaster internship with Tenerife Scuba is free, asides from candidates needing to purchase training materials, but requires a time commitment of 8 weeks. and offers the benefit of gaining first-hand experience of working in a busy dive centre.

Prerequisites
18 years old
A PADI Advanced Open Water Diver (or qualifying certification from another training organization)
A PADI Rescue Diver (or qualifying certification from another training organization)
An Emergency First Response Primary and Secondary Care (or qualifying first aid and CPR training from another organization) course completion within the past 24 months.
Have at least 40 dives to begin the course and 60 for certification
Be fit for diving and submit a Medical Statement (PDF) signed by a physician within the last 12 months.
